Marilea Joyner CFO

Marilea Joyner has been in Retail Banking for 27 years. She has worked for The Bowery Savings Bank, Home Savings of America, North Fork Bank, and Greenpoint Savings Bank.  During her time in banking she has served as a Teller, New Account Consultant, Supervisor, and now in her current role as an Assistant Branch Manager at Capital One Bank.  Marilea manages a team of 10 people.  She has strong skills in sales, coaching and maintaining compliance.  Marilea‚Äôs knowledge of compliance has helped her to excel during bank audits.  She has experience in recruiting, testing, hiring, and training employees.  Marilea is also a Notary.  Because of her years of experience in the different capacities within retail banking, her knowledge will help Demaka Management, Inc. to transition into a profitable staffing company. Marilea has also been train with Accounting, Human Resources and QuickBooks.

James A.Robinson CEO

James Robinson has 15 years of experience in the Information Technology Support field. He has obtain certifications and certificates of completion in the following: CompTIA A+, Net+, HP Accredited Platform Specialist, Microsoft Certified Specialist, Window 7 Specialists, Xerox Product certifications, Apple Mavericks 10.9 OS X Support Essentials, MCITP Server Administrator, Dell Notebook Desktop and Printer Proficiency Certifications.  He has worked with and also has been contracted by UBS Financial, Goldman Sacks, AMEX and MTA Corporate Office, and NBC Universal Comcast. Also 15 years working within the music industry he has implemented local campaigns
